**Trigger:** "Send Offer" link on Applications page

**Result:** Email goes out to member, and BCC to onboarding@equalheart.org, with offer and a link to accept the offer

Note: The bcc was disabled from April 2023 until June 20, 2023

**Trigger:** Member accepts offer from accept offer page

**Result:** Email is sent, and BCC to onboarding@equalheart.org, with a link to the member portal

Note:  This has not been disabled so you should be able to view past emails

**Trigger:** Program Manager signs MSA

**Result:** Email is sent to member asking them to log in to the Member Portal via sent link and complete onboarding
