==== Evaluations ====

AmeriCorps requires a year end evaluation for all members and a mid-year evaluation for full time (1700 hrs) members.

Once a member has been marked as exited, the member will show up on the **Evaluations** page.  Evaluations are initiated by the Grantee, completed by the Supervisor and then signed by the member.

**Due** column initials
  * **Y - Sup Cmplt is N** : The Evaluation needs to be started
  * **Y - Sup Cmplt is waiting** : Supervisor needs to complete the Evaluation.
  * **W** : Supervisor has completed the evaluation but member has not yet signed
  * **C** : Member has signed the evaluation or it is
  * **P** : Evaluation was completed outside of the system


**STEP 1:** \\ 
Select the row to bring up the Evaluation form

**STEP 2:** \\ 
Staff should fill in the Postion Title, Supervisor name, and answer the first question, "Members Hours". \\ 
Click the **Send to Supv** button

**STEP 3:** \\
Supervisor should log in and complete questions 2,3, and 4.
