=== Send Offer to Applicant ===

  - First change their status to **Accepted**
  - Load the **Accepted** View
  - Click the //Send Offer// link
  - You can change the offer details using **Edit**
  - If the text above the buttons does not say //"Create New User Account"//, select a account to associate this application with, or select "Create New User Account"

Once you click **Send**, 
  * The offer will be emailed to the email on record with a link to accept or reject the offer. 
  * A user account / session will be created on the Member side with the status of **Offer Sent**
  * The application status stays as **Accepted** but shows the date sent


=== Applicant Accepts Offer ===
Once the applicant accepts the offer, the status on the Application and Member side will be changed to **Onboarding**

If the applicant rejects the offer, the status on the Application page will be changed to **Rejected** and the data will no longer be accessible from the Member page
