==== Stipend Schedules ====

The goal is to evenly distribute the living allowance across all pay periods within the term.

A pay period consists of two weeks, 14 days, of work.

If a member starts Mon-Weds they receive full payment for that week

If a member starts Thurs-Fri then that week is not used to calculate distribution.


The stipend schedule is displayed on:
  * The Member Service Agreement
  * The Partner page against a session 
  * The Member Edit modal
