Submit Timesheets by Member

Members can submit their timesheets starting on the last day of the pay period. If the pay period ends on a Saturday, they can submit their timesheet starting at midnight on Saturday. Members must have a status of Serving or Ready to Start to submit timesheets.

Marking someone as Exited will prevent them from submitting their timesheet.

Once the period end date has passed, when the member signs in, they will be asked to submit their timesheet if they have not already done so.

The member can include a note about their hours when they submit the timesheet. Once submitted, the member can not modify the timesheet unless it is disapproved and sent back.
