Who can edit a Member?

• Staff with “Edit Member” permission can edit all data points
• Supervisors/Partners can:
  • edit email address
  • edit phone number
  • edit other phone
  • add general notes
  • assign a supervisor

When can the Member NOT be Edited?

Currently the member session data, except for exit status and actual end date, can not be changed once the MSA is signed by the Program Manager or if it is past the start date.

The Delete Member permission bypasses these restrictions.

Sent Amended MSA to Member Yes/No selector can only be edited by a staff member with permission to Revoke MSA
