Settings Page - Member Types

Super admins and staff with create partner permissions are able to view and edit the Member Types section on the Settings page. No one else has access to this section.

The system populated with AmeriCorps' default member types. It is also possible to add a member type if needed.

There are four editable values against each member type

  1. Name
  2. Hours for the award
  3. Living Allowance
  4. Education Award

By setting these values here, when you assign the Member Type to a Session, the values will pre-populate. Changing the Living Allowance and Education Award from the default within the Session has no adverse affect because AmeriCorps allows different values for these fields. Changing the Hours from the default within the Session is not allowed.
