Assign Permissions to Staff

All Staff can view Partners
Suggest that only supervisors be allowed access to Staff permissions.

Permission Description
Partners - Create Can create Partners
Partners - Edit Can edit already created Partners
Partners - Only View Assign This only affects the Partners page and limits to assigned Partners
Sessions - Create Can create sessions under Partners
Sessions - Edit Can edit sessions under Partners
Staff - Create Can create a new staff member account
Staff - Edit Can edit and view all staff member accounts
Staff - Delete Can delete any staff member account
Members - SSN Gives access to members Social Security Number and documents
Members - Create Can create a new member from the Member page
Members - Merge Can merge member sessions so that both sessions are under the same member account
Members - Delete Can delete a member who has not yet entered attendance hours
Members - Delete Pay Can delete hours entered against a member's unapproved pay period
Members - Sign MSA Can sign a Member Service Agreement
Members - Revoke MSA Can revoke an already signed Member Service Agreement
Members - Edit Can edit a member's account and session data
Members - Only View Assign Limits staff member to members of the assigned Partners for evaluations, timesheets and the member page.
Applications Allow Staff to View and Edit Applications
Applications - Only View Assign Can only view applications against the assigned partner
